This Program addresses Teenseed’s internal structures and capacities to deliver standardized services and achieve the set goals. To this end, the program fulfills its mandate through the following:

  1. Internal systems development and strengthening
  2. Strengthened governance and senior management structures, including the Board succession and smooth transitions
  3. Registration as an NGO, including revision of the organization’s constitutional/founding documents
  4. Development and implementation of a communications strategy, including Organization rebranding and revamping the website and the digital media presence (social media).
  5. Build sustainability through diversified income strands and resource mobilization
  6. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships
  7. Institute self-care and wellness for staff and volunteers
  8. Develop Procedures and manuals that cover relevant operational areas especially on resource mobilization, and to engage and compensate the best possible staff talents.
  9. Ensure strict compliance with statutory obligations
  10. Develop and sign memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with all strategic partners and donors.
  11. Development of organizational policies including Finance, Administration and Human Resource
  12. Staffing: We need to have contracts, clear job descriptions, roles and responsibilities for all staff and volunteers.
  13. Developing an annual work plan and budget and concerted fundraising/resource mobilization for program costs, staff salaries and admin costs.
