This Program addresses Teenseed’s internal structures and capacities to deliver standardized services and achieve the set goals. To this end, the program fulfills its mandate through the following:
- Internal systems development and strengthening
- Strengthened governance and senior management structures, including the Board succession and smooth transitions
- Registration as an NGO, including revision of the organization’s constitutional/founding documents
- Development and implementation of a communications strategy, including Organization rebranding and revamping the website and the digital media presence (social media).
- Build sustainability through diversified income strands and resource mobilization
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships
- Institute self-care and wellness for staff and volunteers
- Develop Procedures and manuals that cover relevant operational areas especially on resource mobilization, and to engage and compensate the best possible staff talents.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory obligations
- Develop and sign memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with all strategic partners and donors.
- Development of organizational policies including Finance, Administration and Human Resource
- Staffing: We need to have contracts, clear job descriptions, roles and responsibilities for all staff and volunteers.
- Developing an annual work plan and budget and concerted fundraising/resource mobilization for program costs, staff salaries and admin costs.
