Institutional capacity development and systems strengthening

This Program addresses Teenseed's internal structures and capacities to deliver standardized services and achieve its goals, through: internal systems development; strengthened governance and senior management structures, including Board succession; NGO registration and revision of founding documents; a communications strategy including rebranding and a revamped digital presence; diversified income and resource mobilization; strategic partnerships; staff and volunteer self-care and wellness; operational manuals, particularly on resource mobilization and staff compensation; strict compliance with statutory obligations; MOUs with strategic partners and donors; Finance, Administration and HR policies; clear staff contracts, job descriptions and roles; and an annual work plan, budget and concerted fundraising.
