Mentorship programs to champions within the community… 

Teeenseed identifies champions within the community and takes them through a 1year leadership mentorship called “Seedbed Program”. We modeled around transformative leadership development espanolcialis.net. Each of these programs is led by volunteers and alumni who have been through the program in the past.

Teeenseed identifies champions within the community and takes them through a 1year leadership mentorship called “Seedbed Program” with a one-week residential boot camp where they are trained as TOTs and get commissioned to become seed nurtures in their various communities. The ‘seeds’ are then sent out to make a difference in their community with a continuous support system from mentors and supervisors in the various sectors acting as a safety net.
